Chisel McSue is an anthropomorphic fox, whose ancestors had several encounters with Scrooge McDuck's ancestors. He currently lives in Duckburg as a member of the Billionaires Club, and often tries to get the better of Scrooge through dishonest means.
Description[]
The last heir of a long line of swindlers, Chisel McSue is a recurring adversary of Scrooge McDuck. Often relying on old scams from this ancestors (who have always opposed the McDucks), McSue has tried numerous times to seize control of Scrooge's fortune.
McSue Clan[]
As the last of his clan, Chisel is entitled to any heritage of his ancestors. Though it is never clear how much of his heritage is left, he has become wealthy somehow.
Swindle McSue: scammed Seafoam McDuck out of all his possessions. However, as Seafoam refused to relinquish his golden teeth, Chisel used this as an opportunity to swindle Scrooge McDuck as well.
Finagle McSue: was apparently absent in the battle with Canute the Brute.
Behind the scenes[]
He first appeared in 1953 in The Horseradish Story, but was reused by Tony Strobl for The What-Zit Bird, though he was not named in that story. He was however named when he returned in Canute the Brute's Battle Axe.
