The Sceptre of the Incan King is a treasure that is hidden in The Amazon jungle. It is guarded by a Stone Statue until Scrooge defeats it and claims The Sceptre which the natives give to Scrooge. Little does Scrooge know that the king was just using it as a backscratcher.

The name of the object is a bit redundant, as "Inca" is a Quechua word that may mean king in certain contexts (though generally refers to royalty and rulers), with the term being now associated with the entire Inca Empire, which they themselves called the Tawantinsuyu.
